Ntlhane Ratlhagane
is a graduate from the Peninsula (Cape Peninsula University of Technology) in Architectural Technology. He worked as Assistant to the Director of Education for Moving into Dance Mophatong(MIDM) between 2002 and 2005; he then left to take on a position as Project Manager, Educationalist and resident Choreographer with the Sibikwa Arts Centre for a period of four years until his departure to join Cultural Development Trust where he co-ordinated Projects.
Ntlhane's background ranges from being a Conceptualist,Philosopher, Motivational speaker,Dancer and Choreographer. He is the winner of the 2002 Pick of the Stepping Stones FNB Vita Award for his choreography "Rhythm in Us" which he choreographed during his training as a dance student at MIDM . Some of his works include: Movement of Life(2003) ,Dlozi(2004),Metsi(2005), Reconstruction and Development Bliss(2005)Rain Queen(2006). Ntlhane played a vital role in setting up dance programs and worked nationally with the Department of Arts and Culture and Department of Education with Contemporary workshops in 2005.
